Cavellini in NYC (stamp version)

In 1982, in advance of GA Cavellini’s visit to the US, Jacob decorated the entire Portland Art Building roofline, occupying a full city block in Portland, ME, with green, white, and red Cavellini stickers. This commemorative stamp sheet was made in New York City during Cavellini’s visit.

Photocurator (*.org) originated in Y2K as a network for photography curators. It was an online portal for communication and produced an annual printed index listing member’s exhibitions and cross-referencing their fields of research. It was terminated in 2006. This iteration (*.me) was launched in 2022. It is a reckoning of its author with his career as a maker and wrangler of images.
